Fire Safety Program

This program should include the following:

  1. Development of evacuation plan.

             a.   Familiarize employees with the location of all exit stairwells.
             b.   Establish a re-assembly point to be used following evacuation.
             c.   Identify employees who are responsible for the order to evacuate.
             d.   Develop specific plans to identify, locate and remove disabled co-workers.

  2. Training of employees in emergency response procedures upon discovery of a fire in the tenant space.
  3. Procedures to assure familiarity with individual responsibilities.
