Maintenance, Janitorial and General Requests

In order to insure that your request is promptly directed to the appropriate person for action, we ask that you contact Reston Overlook’s property management office. A member of the building management staff is available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling 571-262-7071.

 

The building management office is located on the service level near the loading dock.  For your convenience, a voice mail system is provided when staff is unavailable to answer the telephone. After 5:00 P.M. please contact Datawatch at (301) 654-3282 and they will contact the after hours engineer.  If you have any questions or comments, please give us a call.

 

After receiving a request from the tenant, we will prepare a service ticket. The ticket will be assigned to the appropriate individual for action.  After completion of the task, the individual performing the work will comment on the actions taken and return the form to the Building Management Office.

 

In order to insure that all tenants are receiving quality and timely services, our building and janitorial personnel have been specifically instructed not to respond to any request without authorization from Boston Properties.  By transmitting all requests through our management office, we are able to record the nature of each request, the time it was made, and the time the request was fulfilled.  We will also be able to follow up with your contact person to insure proper action has been taken.
