Cleaning and Trash Removal

Included in office leases at Discovery Square is the provision for cleaning and trash removal by the landlord.  We will make every effort to keep your office and the public areas of the complex in a clean and sanitary condition.

Office cleaning and trash removal begins around 6:00 p.m. every weekday as stated in your lease.  There will be no cleaning and trash removal on weekends or holidays.

Boston Properties does have a recycling program in effect.  At this time, we are recycling white paper, newspapers, cardboard, plastic/glass bottles and aluminum cans, all in a single-stream container located at the loading dock.  If you have the need for recycling of electronics, pallets, construction materials, batteries, etc., please contact the Management Office and this will be coordinated with the trash vendor at the cost of the tenant.   

Once you have moved in and are fairly settled a representative of the cleaning contractor as well as the Property Manager will visit your office to meet with you to determine if you have any individual needs.

All concerns and comments should be made directly through the property management office, not to the individual cleaners.
