Tenant Requests for Services

Providing service to you is our primary business.  Through frequent inspections of the building and efficient assignment and supervision of building personnel, we hope to promptly and courteously respond to your needs while operating and maintaining Reston Overlook in accordance with the highest industry standards.  However, from time to time events may occur or repairs may be needed of which we are not already aware.

Therefore, we ask that you bring any maintenance issue to our attention as soon as it is discovered. To insure a timely and thorough response to your inquiries, we request you follow the procedures outlined below:

For your convenience, service requests can be placed from you computer over the internet through the web site www.bptenantservices.com.  Upon move-in you will be supplied a user name and password to access the site.  Once you are in you will follow a user-friendly menu-driven format to inform us of your requests.

However, for those without internet access, we ask that you contact the Property Manager’s office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  For your convenience, an answering machine is provided when there is no one available to answer the phone.

After receiving the request from the tenant, the Property Manager's office will enter the Service Request in the Angus System, and then assigned to the appropriate individual (building engineer/janitorial, etc.) for action.  After completion of the task, the individual performing the work will comment  to the Property Management Office and the service ticket is closed out on the Angus system.

Building and janitorial personnel have been specifically instructed not to respond to any request without authorization from the Property Manager.  By transmitting all requests through the Property Manager, we are able to record the nature of each request, the time it was made and the time the request was fulfilled.  We will also be able to follow up with your contact person to insure proper action had been taken.  With this procedure, we will be able to monitor the promptness of our personnel's response to the quality of their work.
